As part of the Volunteer Sustainability Team, you will contribute to innovations that build the capability of our volunteer workforce and recognise the contributions of our volunteers. Working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders you will have the opportunity to develop and coordinate specialist programs to strengthen and enhance volunteerism within CFA including CFA’s Youth Programs and 200+ Junior Brigades.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in coordinating and delivering innovative projects and initiatives. Important to this role is experience working with youth groups, ideally within a volunteer-based context. With high level administration and coordination expertise, you will have excellent organisational, communication, time management and relationship building skills. Experience with process improvement and a tertiary qualification in a related field will be highly regarded.
