The Quality and Evaluation Team at CFA exists to ensure the effective governance of training across the organisation.
We are currently seeking a Student Management Coordinator to work closely with the Quality and Evaluation team and ensure the accuracy of student data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
This exciting, newly created role has dual responsibility for coordinating compliance and governance activities and providing systems (LMS) reporting and support.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact to assist users and other team members in troubleshooting LMS issues. Additional responsibilities will include escalating incidents to support teams when necessary; providing LMS reporting on KPI's associated with training delivery and statutory requirements; monitoring and escalating data security issues to minimise impact on the organisation and, providing training on LMS software updates.
