About the Role

The Communications and Change Specialist (CCS) is tasked with crafting, executing and overseeing comprehensive plans and strategies aimed at fostering understanding, approval and integration of the innovative operational methodologies facilitated by the SAP S/4HANA platform.

Reporting to the Head of SAP S4 HANA Program, the CCS plays a pivotal role in guiding the leadership and strategic direction of the assigned program, leveraging extensive expertise in program and project management to realise the anticipated outcomes and advantages outlined in the business case.

Central to the role is the development and execution of effective change management and communication frameworks tailored to the unique complexities of our organisation. As the program endeavours to implement the SAP S/4HANA solution with minimal customisation, the CCS assumes a critical responsibility in mobilising the workforce—both employees and volunteers—towards embracing new operational model.

Moreover, the role encompasses the establishment of policies, procedures and benchmarks conducive to a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA for Finance and Infrastructure functions, alongside the adoption of Concur for expense and invoice management.
