We’re looking for support workers to join our frontline team delivering disability and wellbeing supports in remote East Arnhem communities. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, get out bush, and be part of something meaningful – this is for you.

FIFO Outreach Opportunities from Darwin or Nhulunbuy to Gapuwiyak and Galiwin’ku

  • Fly in/out 3–4 days per week.
  • Build connection through two-way support and cultural safety.
  • Support men and boys through daily living, mentoring, activities, and capacity building e.g. getting out fishing, supporting participation in sport, creating job readiness activities and more.
  • Work in a team where care, consistency and community come first, alongside our local teams in community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lived or professional experience in remote communities.
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness.
  • Basic administration skills in navigating work apps for shift notes, timesheets, incident reporting, submitting expense receipts.
  • Current driver’s licence, Ochre Card, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid + CPR.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with us.
