About Us:
At Co-OT, we believe that the smallest actions can lead to the most significant outcomes. As a mobile therapy service, we operate across diverse environments—including homes, schools, childcare centres, and the broader community—to provide tailored interventions that address each child's unique needs. Our holistic, family-centred approach emphasises collaboration with families, caregivers, and support networks to empower children to reach their full potential.
The Role:
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with Co-OT, you will:

- Innovate and Inspire: Utilise your creativity to identify and implement equipment and strategies that enhance children's engagement and development.
- Embrace Evidence-Based Practices: Deliver holistic care grounded in the latest research, making a tangible difference in the lives of your clients.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve meaningful goals for each child.
- Manage Caseload with Flexibility: Enjoy the autonomy to organise your schedule, balancing client sessions, case management, and self-care.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you should be:
- Qualified and Registered: Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Relationship-Oriented: Passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships with children and their families.
- Organised and Creative: Excel in time management and clinical reasoning, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Holistically Minded: Committed to providing care that considers the whole child within the context of their environment and community.
What We Offer:
- Supportive Environment: Be part of a collaborative and nurturing team that values your contributions and fosters professional growth.
- Flexibility and Autonomy: Enjoy a mobile role that offers work-life balance and the freedom to manage your schedule.
- Professional Development: Access opportunities for ongoing learning to advance your skills and career.
- Comprehensive Resources: Receive a laptop, work phone, and a competitive remuneration package above award rates.
At Co-OT, we're more than just therapists—we're a team dedicated to transforming lives, one small step at a time. If you're ready to join a workplace where creativity, compassion, and growth are at the heart of everything we do, we'd love to hear from you!
