The Project Coordinator Head to Health role is an integral part of the Commissioning team supporting the commissioning of services and solutions to achieve a more connected health system based on population needs that lead to improved health outcomes and consumer experience across South Eastern NSW.

The Role

The Project Coordinator role is focused on establishing and developing mental health intake, assessment and referral networks linked to commissioned and other regional providers, and the Head to Health model of care.

About You

Do you have the following skills and attributes? If so, we want to hear from you!

  • Understanding of contemporary approaches to person centred service delivery.
  • Demonstrated understanding of varied aspects of mental health service delivery, which may include lived experience of navigating mental health services.
  • Ability to review existing service delivery models and co design consumer-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing, negotiating, collaborating, and engaging positively with contracted service providers to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing complex projects while delivering timely results.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders across all levels.
