We are a successful, accredited, not-for-profit, community-based organisation that has been a leader in changing the lives of individuals and families across Victoria’s south-west region for over 45 years.
We employ over 95 passionate staff and provide a range of specialist multi-disciplinary support services and community programs to over 1200 children with a disability and families across the Shires of Moyne, Corangamite, Southern Grampians, Glenelg, and the City of Warrnambool.
Due to ongoing growth and service planning, we have an exciting opportunity to expand our Early Childhood Team - a multi-disciplinary allied health team that delivers specialist early childhood intervention supports and services to children and their families accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists, who are passionate about working with children and their families, to join our dynamic Early Childhood Team.
The successful candidates will enjoy salaries in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 EFT plus super, flexible working arrangements, the ability to salary package up to $18,000 in tax-free pay annually, and a fulfilling and rewarding career within a supportive and valued multi-disciplinary team.
Reporting to the Coordinator Early Childhood, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Early Childhood Educators, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Allied Health Assistants to provide services to children and their families within a Key Worker Framework.
Senior Occupational Therapist roles will also provide leadership, expertise and clinical supervision to other Occupational Therapists within the team.
