We employ over 95 passionate staff and provide a range of specialist multi-disciplinary support services and community programs to over 1200 children with a disability and families across the Shires of Moyne, Corangamite, Southern Grampians, Glenelg, and the City of Warrnambool.
Due to ongoing growth and service planning, we have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator with tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline, to lead and mentor our dynamic team of Early Childhood Intervention professionals in the provision of specialist services to children with a disability and their families.
The successful candidate will enjoy salary in the range of $96,000 - $106,000 EFT plus super, flexible working arrangements, the ability to salary package up to $18,000 in tax-free pay annually, and a fulfilling and rewarding career leading a supportive team of passionate Early Childhood Intervention professionals whilst continuing utilise your allied health skills in practice.
Reporting to the Manager of Therapy Services, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a multi-disciplinary allied health team including personnel management of team members, clients and group allocation, and managing and coordinating the staff members to deliver the service in accordance with evidence based best practice and NDIS quality standards.
