We’re looking to hire an experienced, hands-on digital marketing manager to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to assist the three brands which comprise the Convenience Group – Convenience Advertising, Diginostic and Utility Creative.

Convenience Advertising is Australia’s best-known narrowcast advertising (bathroom media) company which partners with more than 3,000 venues across Australia to develop and deliver high impact awareness and behaviour change campaigns across a wide range of public health issues for our government and not-for-profit partners.

Diginostic is Australia's leading developer of digital health-related applications for medical professionals committed to preventing illness and chronic disease.

Utility Creative is an innovative website, app, design and creative campaign agency specialising in health communications with a diverse client base of not-for-profit and government organisations across Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include leading digital marketing activity, analysing data to monitor customer engagement, managing social media channels and EDM platforms and identifying ways to improve the search engine rankings for our three websites. You will also ensure that our websites are attractive, informative and user-friendly.

You will enjoy data analysis and handle multiple projects without compromising on quality. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of a range of digital marketing tools as well as demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a digital marketing role
  • Sound knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices
  • The ability to analyse large amounts of data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Google Analytics and AdWords certifications are advantageous
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Positive energy team player with drive and initiative
  • Graphic design skills a bonus
