The Continence Foundation of Australia (the Foundation) is a not-for-profit organisation and the national peak body for incontinence prevention, management, education, awareness, information and advocacy. The Foundation’s vision is ‘an Australian community free of the stigma and restrictions of all aspects of incontinence across the lifespan’.

This Unique Opportunity

We are seeking a continence clinician with health promotion experience to ensure the provision of advice, information and continence health promotion in NSW and the efficient and effective management of the Foundation’s NSW Service. You will also have opportunities to provide expert advice and input into Foundation other projects and activities.

The role reports to the Manager - Programs and Projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and management to the NSW based team
• Management and delivery of relevant funding agreements
• Developing and delivering educational information, programs and displays on continence health promotion that is evidence based and best practice

About you

Essential

• You are a clinician (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist) with experience and expertise in continence health across multiple age groups
• You have an ability to confidently and comfortably present sessions on health promotion, displays and health professional education in a way that is engaging and understood by each target audience
• You have previous experience in a similar role

Desirable

• Paediatric continence experience is highly regarded
