We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and champion the execution of our HR Strategic Plan. As HR Manager you will you'll be a key leader, driving both strategic HR initiatives and overseeing day-to-day HR operations with a hands-on approach You will be instrumental in aligning HR practices and processes with our organisational objectives and the HR Strategic Plan. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, strengthening employee engagement and retention, and ensuring unwavering compliance with industry standards.
