Our client is a well established and highly respected NFP implementing and running innovative programs on a national basis. This is a an rare opportunity to utilise your wide range of hands-on management skills in this fast paced, relaxed professional environment. This is not a straight HR role, but one allowing you to become involved in all operational areas of this well known organisation. If you are passionate about making a difference and happy to roll up your sleeves and drive business outcomes then this will be rewarding and satisfying.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide full HR services – including: business policies and procedures; recruitment of new staff in conjunction with managers; performance review process; employee relations and foster an equal opportunity diverse culture
  • Manager compliance and risk management across all areas of the business
  • Oversee and co-ordinate best practices and ongoing training programs
  • Document internal processes and make recommendations
  • Improve management information systems in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support for senior management in general operational projects
  • Monitor performance – budget versus actual outcomes – reporting on such

YOU will need strong operational HR experience, the ability to function both at senior management levels and with hands-on grass roots tasks. This is a broad skills level position covering general operations, project management and strong stakeholder co-ordination.
