The NDIS Allied Health Services Manager is a multifaceted position, which will provide clinical, operational, and operational support to the NDIS Allied Health Therapy team. This role will be responsible for developing and overseeing a sustainable NDIS Allied Health Services program.
The NDIS Allied Health Services Manager will be a highly skilled leader, who is able to support and strengthen the team’s capacity to produce desired NDIS services outcomes. This role will provide support to staff to attain strong outcomes for NDIS participants, optimise billing and workflow efficiency, coordinate referrals to the service, and strengthen NDIS business systems.
They will be responsible for negotiating and monitoring service agreements for NDIS participants who choose Congress as their NDIS service provider. They will have strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills within the disability sector. They will also be integral to informing the organisation of gaps in services and being innovative in building the NDIS business within Congress. Continuous systems enhancement, service improvement, and growth of Congress will be achieved through strong leadership and support to staff.
