The Medical Director will lead, oversee and drive the clinical governance, operations, growth, and development of all Congress clinics. The Medical Director plays an integral leadership role in the continuous improvement of best practice comprehensive primary health care with a focus of cultural safety, high standards of clinical care and client flow to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people.
This role requires a highly motivated and capable leader, committed to delivering integrated, holistic health care to improve outcomes for Aboriginal people, their families, and the community. Located in the Health Services Division (HSD), the Medical Director is a member of the HSD leadership group and plays a critical role in supporting the HSD General Manager, working collaboratively with the Senior Management team in meeting the objectives of the Congress strategic plan and priorities
