Be part of a growing team that helps bring together the very best research organisations, Aboriginal Health services and Universities working in Central Australia to work together to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people. Working as the 2IC to the Executive Director you would be responsible for the administration and operational day-to-day management of the secretariat, drive the development of governance and reporting systems, help to manage partner-relationships and information exchange, oversight the communications functions, and develop and manage budgets.
With an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, you would ensure the effective development and management of research agreements, including progress and outcomes measurements, working in concert with established and to-be-established review committees. You will enjoy the opportunity to help establish a new board, acting as company secretary and providing advice, input and hands-on development of governance documentation (policies and the like) as well as being responsible for the smooth administrative functioning of the board. This is an opportunity for someone aspiring to be an executive director or CEO to be mentored, developed and to grow experience and skills.
