About CBChange
At CBChange, behaviour support is more than a service—it’s a human relationship grounded in respect, curiosity, and connection. We’re a registered NDIS provider known for our values-led, innovative approach.
We’re home to the Inclusive Therapeutics team, which delivers ethical, evidence-informed support to people of all ages across disability, education, care, and justice sectors.
We work through a flexible Network Practice Model that blends deep clinical development with real choice in how you grow—whether you're drawn to clinical mastery, coaching, leadership, or something in between.
The people we support are at the centre of everything we do. And our practitioners? They’re the foundation that makes that possible. That’s why we invest in your growth, wellbeing, and success—so you can do truly meaningful work, every day.
The Role
As a Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll work alongside people with disability and their support networks to co-create plans that foster dignity, capability, and real change—never just compliance.
Whether you're conducting a Functional Behaviour Assessment, delivering training to support workers, or helping someone through a moment of overwhelm, you're building capability, clarity, and connection.
You’ll apply the CBChange BASIC System™ and contribute to a values-aligned, collaborative team culture that prioritises reflection, learning, and sustainable practice.
You will:
- Develop and implement person-centred Behaviour Support Plans through functional assessment and co-design
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants, families, and providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet behavioural needs in practical, ethical ways
- Engage in regular coaching, supervision, and peer reflection
- Deliver services aligned with NDIS Commission, Disability Services, and Child Safety Standards
Why Join CBChange?
- Work from home with flexible work arrangements
- Self-managed calendar and autonomy in how you work
- Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing clinical development
- Realistic KPIs and protected time for growth
- A connected, values-led team culture
When you ask our team why they stay, they say:
- Deep clinical development: We don’t just talk about development—we live it. Through our BASIC System™ Therapeutic Model, you’ll engage in meaningful supervision, peer learning, and reflective practice that builds clinical mastery over time.
- Real connection: Our Network Practice Model supports shared leadership, authentic relationships, and true collaboration. You’ll be surrounded by peers, a Coach, a Navigator and a Guide who believe in your potential and support your success
- Sustainable Practice: With realistic KPIs, protected time for development, and a flexible, remote-first approach. You can shape your calendar, plan your week, and do work that honours your rhythm.
- Values in action: At CBChange, Compassion, Courage, Connection, Character, and Co-creation aren’t just words—they’re how we practice. You’ll feel it in every conversation, every coaching session, and every plan we co-create with participants.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring practitioners—we’re building a values-driven team grounded in reflection, connection, and real-world impact. You might be a new graduate, a career shifter, or an early-career professional. What matters most is who you are at your core:
You Are:
- Purpose-led – You see behaviour support not just as a role, but as a calling. You want to create real, lasting change in the lives of people with disability and their support networks.
- Growth-focused – You’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and curious in the face of complexity. You reflect deeply and grow with each experience.
- Collaborative by nature – You know you’re not the expert on someone else’s life. You build trust, ask questions, and create solutions with people, not for them.
You Thrive When:
- You're resilient and reflective – able to stay grounded under pressure while holding space for others.
- You're self-directed and proactive – confident in navigating complexity and asking for support when you need it. You're ethically grounded and values-led – guided by principles like respect, equity, and person-led practice.
- You're an excellent communicator – able to write clearly, listen deeply, and bring teams together with shared purpose.
- You’ve got real-world experience – maybe in disability, education, youth work, or allied health.
- You’ve worked under pressure, built human connection, and want to make a meaningful difference.
What You Need
- Relevant qualification (e.g. Psychology, OT, Social Work, Education, Disability)
- Registered or on the pathway to register with the NDIS Commission
- NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working with Children Check
- Driver’s licence + comprehensively insured vehicle
- Comfort with digital tools (or willingness to learn)

- Flexible schedule + remote-first autonomy
- BASIC System™ training, coaching, supervision
