The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administration services to the Institute Leadership team within the Institute Centre in Stanmore.
Using your strong Administration skills and along with your professional approach you will become an integral part of a small team that values working efficiently and in harmony together. You will be responsible for a wide range of executive support, including duties such as meeting coordination, minute taking, travel & accommodation, including organising visas, managing correspondence and document typing, office support and general office assistance in other areas of the organisation.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this is a 2-year maximum term contract, working full time hours Monday – Friday, with flexibility for some work to be completed from home. An attractive salary is on offer commensurate with the role.
