About the role

The Marketing Specialist – Asia will lead the marketing programs and activities for the ‘Go to Asia’ Project, expanding fundraising into new country markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is key to delivering localised marketing strategies that align with regional business objectives. We are looking for an innovative, highly organised, detail-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The successful applicant’s core responsibilities will be to:

  • Collaborate with country fundraising leads to develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Use market insights to shape marketing strategy and optimise campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Manage campaigns and events across the full end to end cycle, including identifying insights , setting performance targets, campaign delivery, reporting and optimisation, while co-ordinating cross functional teams.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve objectives and KPIs.
  • Produce and localise marketing materials that resonate culturally and maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and outsourced partners in local Asian markets.
  • Brand leadership of marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns are on Brand.

About you

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing roles preferably in a regional or international setting
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, paid ads).
  • In depth knowledge of integrated marketing strategy and execution including campaign management, digital marketing, event management, and brand development across diverse markets.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese[BM1] or other regional languages is a plus
  • Curiosity and a bias to innovation & action
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork with a customer-first mindset
