The role

This is a permanent, full time role based in our East Brisbane Office, the role of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Acquisitions Coordinator is to provide person-centred services to HIP internal and external stakeholders, and manage our fee for service programs.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Significant experience in a property management and/or business development role, including knowledge of new business acquisitions, landlord management and ongoing stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing portfolio of property investors/Landlords to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Experience working in a provider of disability accommodation or tenancy services or related discipline in NDIS sector (desirable)
  • Queensland Real Estate Licence (desirable)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support
  • Flexibility and mobility to undertake business travel as required
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in particular WORD, Excel and Outlook
  • Unrestricted NSW driver's licence
  • Report writing skills
  • NDIS Worker's Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
