We have an exciting opportunity for a Mentor in Gladstone, QLD. This position is dedicated to providing ongoing support to customers within the employment services program, ensuring they achieve sustainable employment and positive outcomes. This role involves shaping the future for customers by developing and implementing effective plans to prepare them for employment.
A successful applicant must have a strong understanding of person-centred case management principles, including barrier management, and a clear vision of what it means for customers to be job-ready.
As a Mentor, will create future employment opportunities by identifying areas for development, providing up-skilling, and training, and offering wellbeing and mental health support. Additionally, they will refer customers to appropriate community-based support networks.
