  • Salary: From $80,793 to $91,885, dependent on skills and experience, plus 11% superannuation ($8,887.23 to $10,107.35), and an option to salary sacrifice.

CHIA NSW is the industry peak body for community housing in NSW. We have managed a successful tenant satisfaction and outcomes survey service for community housing providers and other organisations since 2012. The primary focus of this role is the successful delivery and expansion of CHIA NSW’s survey and benchmarking service. The service is growing, and CHIA NSW now runs satisfaction surveys for community housing providers around Australia and is diversifying into related fields. Ultimately, this role is all about supporting better services for tenants.

We are looking for an experienced customer research and survey analyst to run and develop our survey service. Your role would be to deliver an end-to-end survey service, including liaising with members, designing survey instruments, managing survey processes and contributing to providing insights and data analysis. You will be an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial person who will expand the service and add value and insight for our members.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated excellence in survey design and delivery
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver surveys to members end to end
  • Demonstrated experience in using complex survey and data analysis software
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail
  • Data management skills
  • Ability to manage contractors to ensure effective project delivery
  • Strong communication and presentational skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of all levels
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • An entrepreneurial approach to assist in expanding the survey service
  • Ability to deliver member services

Desirable

  • Social or community housing experience or experience in a related field
  • Understanding of the purpose of a member-based Association
  • Data dashboarding skills
