About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly passionate Aged Care Home Manager to lead and mentor our team at Calvary Kelaston.

Kelaston is a warm and relaxing place to call home. Nestled amongst shaded gardens and courtyards, Kelaston is where you can relax and enjoy a serene atmosphere, equipped with every convenience residence could need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively with Calvary’s Vision and Mission in mind, creating a culture within the home that is resident-centric and treating everyone as an individual. 
  • Ensure the home remains in compliance with the requirements of the Aged care standards.
  • Make sure the home embodies a strong diversity culture that advances the frontiers of aged living, through innovation and integration of clinical practice with lifestyle pursuits, hospitality and design.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain solid working relationships with identified key relationships
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes

What you bring 

  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working in Aged Care Home Management with great personality.
  • You are an enthusiastic person with a high level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
  • An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage
