About the role

Communify is seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to help champion and embed quality and continuous improvement practices across our diverse programs and services. This full time, fixed-term position (with potential for ongoing) will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's commitment to high quality service delivery across Aged Care, NDIS, Human Services and Community Housing.

Working closely with the senior Quality Manager you will lead quality assurance processes, guide teams through audits and accreditations, and contribute to risk management and clinical compliance initiatives. You will also help shape and maintain Communify's Quality Management System and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of Communify's Quality Management System
  • Provide clinical oversight and assist teams in meeting clinical compliance standards
  • Conduct audits and help lead accreditation and monitoring activities
  • Strengthen local risk management practices and contribute to the broader Risk Management Framework
  • Align quality practices with standards such as HSQF, NDIS Practice standards, Strengthened Aged Care standards and more
  • Promote staff education in compliance, quality and risk
  • Assist in managing documentation systems including Communify's FOLIO platform
  • Collaborate with service managers and teams to embed best practice frameworks and ensure service excellence

Role criteria

Qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary clinical (highly desirable) or Health, Community Services or Business qualifications
  • Relevant clinical experience e.g. Registered Nurse
  • experience in quality management, ideally within health or community services
  • Strong understanding of key accreditation frameworks including NDIS, Aged Care and HSQF
  • Familiarity with risk and compliance systems and processes
  • Proficient in WHS, privacy and Anti-discrimination legislation
