Executive Assistant
We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our growing movement to provide support to the CEO. We are looking for a full time employee with experience in Executive support and office administration. The role is based with the CEO in Common Grace’s office in Newtown, Sydney, NSW.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- CEO Administrative and email support, diary management, develop weekly planning and rhythms, and schedule meetings.
- Overseeing the broader Common Grace Calendars with a view to CEO’s needs for the movement.
- Event management for Board meetings, AGM, and other events as requested by the CEO
- Governance, Office and Workplace, Health and Safety Support

What we are looking for:
The successful applicant will have:
- A highly motivated individual with a supportive and can do attitude
- Problem solving skills to support a CEO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail
- Excellent skills in organising and developing systems and processes from scratch
- The ability to organise, prioritise, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- A good sense of Cultural Awareness and experience and practice in working with culturally diverse peoples and communities.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs, Google Drive including Google Docs and Google Sheets, and Zoom
- Knowledge of NationBuilder, Trello, and Xero is desirable
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
All Common Grace employees will have and maintain a valid Working With Children Check and undergo a National Police Check.
