Your Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded Community Facilitator to join our team in Frankston North. You’ll work closely with the Partnership Manager and another Community Facilitator, building strong relationships with families, schools, and service providers. Your role is all about connecting the dots—ensuring families can access the right services and support to succeed in life.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but here’s a snapshot of what your week might include:

• Welcoming families at school drop-off and having informal chats to understand their needs
• Facilitating the Operations Group with school, early learning, and health staff
• Collaborating with the Partnership Manager to organise site tours and professional learning
• Coordinating with local service providers to bring programs onsite
• Capturing data and reporting on family engagement and service usage

Who You Are

You’re a natural relationship builder who’s passionate about making a difference. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll bring:

• Experience in early years, community development, or education sectors
• Confidence working in diverse settings and facilitating group discussions
• Project management skills from design to evaluation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A relevant qualification in early childhood, community development, education, or similar (desirable)
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn additional tools
