Organisational overview:

The Collingwood Children’s Farm is an iconic not-for-profit urban farm situated on the Yarra River in Melbourne. Boasting an extensive range of animals and garden spaces, it is open to the public all year round offering visitors the experience of farm life in the inner city.

The farm operates a range of programs and activities supporting children and people of disadvantage via their school educational tours, Young Farmers and disability programs. It also plays a key role in engaging the community by hosting a number of popular events that promote agriculture and local produce in Victoria.

CCF is a vibrant working farm that strives to support the urban community to connect to where their food comes from and inspire the next generation of young farmers. All aspects of the bustling farm environment come together to support those experiencing adversity as well as demonstrating the benefits of urban agriculture under a regenerative agriculture framework.
