This role is designed for an early career or new graduate Health Promotion Practitioner who is interested in developing their skills, knowledge and networks across Community Health. The Health Promotion Officer will proactively support the successful development, implementation, and evaluation of the cohealth Health Promotion Plan in collaboration with Health Promotion Coordinator and other co-workers. This role reports to a Health Promotion Coordinator.
