About the role

The Strategy Delivery and Transformation Lead sits within the Leadership and Governance cluster, which aims to continually improve and promote excellence in Corporate Governance, Planning, Performance and Project Enabling, working collaboratively across cohealth building transformation capability.

Reporting to the Director Planning and Performance and working with the Executive Leadership and Governance, this role takes a lead in the design and deployment of the Planning and Performance systems, seeking the interfaces and integrating with other operational and governance frameworks, and related policies. The role will work in partnership with all other cohealth Networks, to support the delivery and accountability of strategic projects and performance.

The role will build an internal network across cohealth and at all levels of seniority, it requires curiosity and rigour in the exploration and understanding of cohealth's services, to identify variations and complexities that need specific requirements in the Planning and Performance Systems.

Your duties include:

  • Support the Director Planning & Performance and Executive Leadership & Governance in the delivery of the Planning & Performance program of work
  • With the Director, collaborate with the Executive Hub, Leadership Network, and key operational roles, to support operationalisation of the Strategy
  • Establish a continuous improvement program for Planning including designing, deploying, and delivering a substantive Planning system
  • Build transformation capability in collaboration with the Director of Planning & Performance across cohealth

Our ideal candidate

  • Relevant qualifications in Program Management, Organisational Capability Development and Performance / Accountability
  • Proven experience in transformation program delivery or organisational wide change programs including developing tools, and methods
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Executive roles and their direct reports to deliver and account for their priority projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience collaborating with core business functions operating in the context of driving change, such as business intelligence, finance, and human resources
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying risks and issues and proposing mitigating actions
