The role of Paediatric Asthma Nurse sits within the Community Asthma Program (CAP), which aims to improve health outcomes and support clients to achieve self-management of their health condition. The Paediatric Asthma Nurse provides asthma education and support to young people and their families and carers. The CAP is available to children and young people with asthma aged between 0-18 living in the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne, with the role being based at either our Collingwood or Braybrook sites.
