Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 Years minimum Bookkeeping experience
  • BAS experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Working with Xero
  • Efficient and accurate data entry

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable – entering purchases, paying bills and reconciling statements
  • Accounts Receivable – generate invoices and debt collection
  • Assist with preparation of Monthly BAS
  • Timesheet allocation daily
  • Processing of payroll on a fortnightly basis
  • Assist with EOM Accounts
  • Assist with EOM Reporting for Auditor
  • Provide support to Operations Manager

The successful applicant will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Must have Working with Children Check
  • Be willing to undertake Band and Disqualified Persons Check
