The Coast Centre Inc is an Incorporated Association which delivers leisure and recreational activities for 1000 members and the general public on a daily basis, 48 weeks per year.
The Accounts Officer is part of the Customer Service team and is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the Centre's operations.
The role is responsible for specific functions which include accounts receivable and payable, payroll administration, end of day cash balances, Venue Hire and customer Invoicing, end of month reporting and other daily administrative requirements and support to the team.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a professional disposition.
This is a part time role preferably 2 days per week ( flexible). Specific days are negotiable with the successful candidate.
