About the Role

• Responsible for all rostering and other related administration duties
• Managing a large number of daily rosters to support staff to ensure services are delivered according to clients' care plans
• Organising and scheduling planned and unplanned leave
• Recording and processing client cancellations
• Liaising with clients regarding planned and/or changes to scheduled visits and provide clients with timely and relevant information regarding their service/s
• Maintaining accurate, detailed and up to date information on support staff availability
• Delivering a customer-focused approach

About you

• Experience in scheduling a large volume of rosters
• Ability to reschedule cover of unplanned changes in staff availability including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacement
• Advanced organisational / time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment and work exceptionally well under pressure and within time restraints.
• Understanding of government subsidised in-home service programs
• Proven excellent Client service manner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Skilled communicator
• Problem solver with good negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of community based services is desirable
• Ability to communicate in another language is highly regarded
• Have a police certificate issued by the Australian Federal Police
• Full COVID-19 vaccination
• Able to work in Australia without restrictions
