As the Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and influencer to various member organisations within your portfolio who are based in Queensland and New South Wales and tasked with ensuring their continued high performance and compliant delivery of the Disability Employment Services (DES) contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in your area of responsibility, engaging and influencing members in a way that drives program participation, profitability and tangible outcomes. Commercially savvy and able to liaise at all levels, you will need to communicate commercial messages that inspire and drives performance as well as continuously seeking ways to further enhance program delivery. 

On a day to day basis, you will manage the relationship with member organisations, including regular onsite visits, ensuring all aspects of service delivery are attained to meet key performance and compliance objectives. You will build a presence in your regions and promote CoAct services and opportunities to employers and industry groups. You will also address performance issues with your members and oversee swift improvements to meet the required standards.  

What you'll bring...

• Specialist DES contract knowledge and extensive regional management experience
• Exceptional communication skills - you can negotiate and influence at all levels
• Knowledge and understanding of the local employment markets, and the barriers job seekers face in securing employment
• Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework and culture where you are accountable for strict KPIs on program delivery and outcomes
• You can demonstrate initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously as part of a remote team
• Impressive networking skills, you have the ability to build close and mutually beneficial relationships

• A high level of computer literacy and an open driver's license is required for the role
• The availability to travel interstate once current travel restrictions have eased
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Employment Services and/or Disability Employment sectors and associated contracts and Deeds would be highly regarded
