Community Living & Respite Services (CLRS) is seeking to appoint a full-time Team Leader to manage 2 small Supported Independent Living Homes.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in Disability Services or Aged Care, and be qualified in Community Services or equivalent, preferably at Diploma level.
The role involves staff supervision and support, overseeing support of residents, to ensure all decisions are made in their best interests.
