We are one of Australia’s largest and most experienced carbon farming project developers. This includes more than 150 projects with farmers, plantation managers, agribusiness, and Indigenous groups on carbon farming projects.

Climate Friendly has delivered over 20Mt in carbon abatement as at the end of 2020. Our immediate mission is to establish partnerships, by 2025, that will store or reduce 150Mt of CO2-e, while repairing nature and supporting reconciliation. The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Co-CEOs and the Executive Management team at Climate Friendly. This role also involves providing general office and administrative support. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient individual who is passionate about combating climate change and contributing to a positive environmental impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Support: Manage and coordinate the calendars of the Co-CEOs and Executive Management team, including scheduling and organising meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Assist in organising domestic and international travel arrangements for the leadership team and broader company as required
  • Expense Reconciliation: Help with expense tracking and reconciliation for the Co-CEOs and management.
  • CRM Management: Maintain contact information and ensure the CRM system is up to date.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including maintaining company records, uploading Board papers to Diligent, office printing, and keeping office and meeting rooms organised.
  • Communication: Draft professional emails, memos, and communications.
  • Presentations: Create PowerPoint presentations for offsite meetings, investor meetings, and internal meetings.
  • Meeting Minutes: Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Gifts and Catering: Organise gifts for employees and external parties, and coordinate catering for various events.

About you

Essential:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks.
  • A commitment to Climate Friendly's mission and values.

Desirable:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
