Primary Purpose

Clean Up Australia is recruiting an experienced individual to join the team as its Corporate Partnerships Executive.

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to bring CUA’s corporate partnerships to life. The successful candidate will take a leading role in maintaining and fostering strong relationships with multiple business partners and stakeholders. They will provide support to the Corporate Partnerships Manager in account management and service delivery associated with securing and maintaining partnerships for Clean Up Australia.

The successful candidate will be joining a small tight-knit and passionate team committed to helping each other to improve the environment.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Corporate Partnerships Manager

Scope of activities

• Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager in all Partnership account management duties
• Execute and manage allocated Partner benefits including support with communication campaigns, Clean Ups and development of internal communication programs
• Assist the Corporate Partnerships Manager in creation and delivery of projects, providing regular status input into reports to partners, the CEO and Board
• Assist the Corporate Partnerships Manager in managing and growing CUA’s Workplace Giving Program
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote the needs, requirements, planning and execution of partner campaigns

Essential Requirements

• Two years minimum as a Sponsorship/Partnership Coordinator in either a corporate, community or charity
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage numerous deadlines
• Advanced administration skills, ie; Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM & Database platforms. Salesforce experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment
• Effective communication skills across a broad range of Partners, Business, Stakeholders and internal departments
• Effective record keeping of partnership-based activities and leveraging opportunities
• Creation of tailored reports for specific partners, including opportunity research, end of year reports and KPI delivery
