The Senior Project Coordinator is a newly created role that is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of various functional projects and initiatives including alignment with policy priorities as they evolve.
Reporting to the Chief Policy & Impact Officer, the role will work closely with the CECs Policy Leaders to scope and monitor policy activity across the portfolio, identify project risks and mitigation strategies and drive project deliverables in line with business priorities.
The role will be responsible for facilitating the development of project schedules and actions plans using project planning software, as well as the establishment of a reporting framework that will inform the progress of all policy related projects and initiatives, including the coordination of project review meetings and preparation of reports to the CEC Executive and Board. The role will work collaboratively with other stakeholders from across the business to ensure alignment and integration of projects and initiatives from other functional areas.
You will be an experienced project coordinator who has worked collaboratively with key stakeholders to support the delivery of functional projects of various size, complexity and budget.
Your sound knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodology and proficiency in project management software such as Monday (or similar), will enable you to capture and monitor project deliverables and manage effective reporting to key stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to intersect, collaborate and influence stakeholders from across the business to drive key project outcomes. You will be highly motivated, understand project governance and reporting requirements and possess outstanding attention to detail.
