The Grid Connection Graduate Program is a 2-year program developed by the Clean Energy Council in partnership with the Australian Electricity Market Operator (AEMO).
The Grid Connection Graduate Program Manager is responsible for the final stages of development and the implementation of the initial 2-year pilot program. The role is predominantly focussed on supporting the graduate and host organisation experience and ensuring that the program, and the graduates that complete it, are of the highest quality.
The Program Manager will also be responsible for program monitoring and evaluation and based on program success, support the transition of the pilot to an ongoing program. Reporting to the Strategic Projects Lead, the role will work closely with multiple stakeholders including host organisations and the program’s third-party employer, in addition to the program graduates and CEC staff.
Please note, there may be the need to travel within Australia.
This is a part-time, permanent position working 45.6 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE).
