The NETCC Manager will provide strategic leadership to oversee the operations of the NETCC (New Energy Tech Consumer Code) Program.
You will focus on defining a clear long-term direction for the program, oversee all necessary systems and processes, manage the reporting obligations of the NETCC program and engagement of stakeholders to raise awareness and adoption of the Code of Conduct.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 76 hours per fortnight (1 FTE).

About you

We're looking for someone who has experience managing a large, regulated programs. Additionally, you will:

• Tertiary qualification in related field and / or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar program management / operational management role.
• Good understanding of the regulatory framework for protection of consumers of renewable energy products and services.
• Understanding of relevant statutory provisions, standards and frameworks relating to the solar PV sector and electricity supply sector.
• Awareness of renewable energy technology e.g., solar PV, storage, and energy exchange software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft structured and logically argued, concise and accurate documents appropriately targeted to key audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills for the purposes of information gathering and consensus building internally and externally.
• Strong conceptual and analytical ability to grasp concepts and complexity comfortably.
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to provide recommendations quickly.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work activities and operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
