Yarra City Council Children’s Services are seeking dedicated educators for our Long Day Care programs in Collingwood. There are 2 temporary roles available

• 16th June, 2025 - 16th February, 2026
• 30th June, 2025 - 1st September, 2025

Yarra is a child safe organisation and as such you will understand the important role that educators play in protecting and advocating for children’s wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, the following is required:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, (or equivalent)
• Up to date First Aid, CPR, EpiPen and Asthma Management qualifications
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Experience using Xplor (or similar online education platform) (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate responsive routines and programs guided by the approved learning frameworks
• Current mandatory reporting training
• Team focused approach
