We’re looking for an Administration and Student Support Officer to:

• Act as first point of contact for students and prospective students.
• Administer enrolment and admission processes including provision of excellent client service through reception, phone and email.
• Assist students at all parts of the student journey from enrolment to completion.

You will provide thoughtful, quality customer service to help deliver successful student outcomes. You will make student success the focus of your work.

You must have:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• A confident and comfortable demeanour.
• Attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and also autonomously.
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications including Outlook and M365.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Experience in the adult education sector.

• Working knowledge of Student Management Systems (preferably aXcelerate).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Experience administrating LLN & D assessments.
