Circle Green has been given an opportunity to expand our legal assistance to people applying for protection visas and appealing their refusal in the AAT and the Federal Circuit Court.

Be a key part of system change and reform across the refugee legal process. This is a fixed term project and we need fast moving and adept people. As part of a dedicated core team, you can expect to work across sector stakeholders to increase access to justice for every client.

We require candidates with a broad range of experience. We are looking for senior lawyers with supervisory experience as well as unrestricted lawyers (PAE 2 +).
Whilst professional exposure to the asylum seeker process and issues would be highly desirable, it is not mandatory, however passion for a fair asylum seeker process is.
The contract is until June 2025 and the project is commencing immediately.
We will consider part time, full time and job share applications.
