Children First Foundation (CFF) is a Victorian-based charity that believes every child is entitled to excellent medical treatment and holistic care irrespective of where they were born.
CFF is at an exciting time in its growth with a new CEO who is committed to creating a contemporary, sustainable and forward-looking organisation.
With equitable access to medical and surgical care at the forefront of our business, we strive to deliver holistic care for children and long term change for them and their families.
We facilitate life-changing and, at times, life-saving surgery for children from developing countries. We collaborate with exceptional surgeons, hospitals and health professionals in Australia and in-country who provide this first-class treatment, care and allied health therapy. We continue to support these children following surgery through our Back-Home-Support program, which centres on the child’s future following surgery and treatment.
Do you have a passion for helping disadvantaged children? Are you an experienced corporate and service club fundraiser who can lead our income generation as we enter into this exciting period? Are you positive, can drive leads and juggle multiple corporate, service club and major donors? If so, we would like to hear from you!
As the Partnerships Development Manager, you indeed will have the opportunity to “make a difference” in the lives of children from developing countries and play a pivotal role in the organisation.
CFF works to be a child safe organisation. CFF’s recruitment and selection procedures reflect our commitment to the safety and protection of children in all our activities. As part of the selection process, candidates must undergo a Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check and sign the Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
Enquiries about the role can be directed to Jessica at [email protected] using the subject line: Partnerships Development Manager enquiry via EthicalJobs.
A position description is attached.
Application date has been extended, however please apply as soon as possible as applicants will be shortlisted and may be interviewed from the week beginning May 30th.
