We also offer early start/early finish, or late start/late finish shifts, so team members are not spending ALL DAY at work. And lastly, we monitor caseloads to ensure there is a balance in presentation severity.

Essential Criteria:

1. Degree in speech pathology and current membership (or eligible for registration) through Speech Pathology Australia.
2. Interest in working with children presenting with a diverse range of diagnostic backgrounds and communication impairments.
3. Assess, plan, develop and implement intervention strategies and programs for children with specific developmental needs, delays or disabilities and their families.
4. Demonstrated efficient written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders regarding presentation, progress, and recommendations.
5. Eligible to apply for Medicare Provider Number.
6. Current Working with Children Check.
7. Successful applicant willing to undergo Police Clearance.
8. Current NDIS Worker screening check.
