The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Executive Manager, Corporate Services to join our Executive Team. This is a critical leadership role that supports our mission by overseeing the core functions that power our organisation’s success.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the Corporate Services function, encompassing Finance, Human Resources, IT, Risk Management, Insurance and Business Operations. As a member of the Executive Team, you’ll contribute to strategic planning, governance, and performance while cultivating a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational planning and budgeting processes.
• Manage organisation-wide HR initiatives including workforce planning, employee engagement, and OHS compliance.
• Oversee financial management and reporting with support from our external finance team.
• Manage outsourced ICT services, ensuring reliability and innovation.
• Lead risk management, compliance, and insurance portfolios
• Ensure smooth administrative operations and office infrastructure management.

What will you bring to the role?

• A tertiary qualification in Finance, HR, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional corporate service teams.
• Expertise in budget management, financial reporting, and HR leadership.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital workplace tools.

This position is full time, ongoing and can be worked remotely, or hybrid, if based in Melbourne. CF Together aims to support flexibility for all staff while maintaining collaboration and productivity to achieve organisation objectives.
