This role involves all manner of administrative duties including:
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- File management - both paper and electronic
- Preparing and amending complex correspondence and documentation
- Assisting and dealing with claimants
- Telephone calls, monitoring emails and diary management
- Photocopying, typing and filing
- General secretarial duties
- Preparing new member packs
- Inserting machine
- Tidying office areas
Other requirements:
- Confident with Microsoft Office packages (Office 365 experience an advantage)
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
There is NO working from home available.
The ideal person should be passionate about helping people and show a willing to learn. Whilst experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training for a new starter who has initiative and willingness to learn in a team environment.
