The Receptionist/Administration Officer is the face of the organisation and is part of our Performance and Enablement stream which is the corporate services function for CatholicCare Victoria.
Our aim is to provide support to the everyday running and efficiency of CatholicCare Victoria. The stream also provides support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders around meeting the corporate obligations and responsibilities of the organisation, in addition to providing tools and technology that support the client delivery team members and ensure their common tools (systems) are safe and suitably efficient.
The Receptionist/Administration Officer will undertake a wide range of duties relating to the general administration support of CatholicCare Victoria. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Officer to provide additional coverage for annual leave, sick leave and long service leave while also maintaining some rostered shifts each week.
