Are you a strategic, creative communicator who’s passionate about making a social impact? The Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI) is looking for a Communication and Content Specialist to elevate our voice and visibility—across countries and causes.
This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how CEI shares its work with the world. You'll lead the creation of compelling content—both written and visual—that speaks to diverse audiences in government, non-profit, research, and philanthropic sectors.
Working with our Knowledge Translation and Communication Manager, you’ll bring our work to life across internal and external platforms—helping grow our team, our influence, and our ability to improve outcomes for people experiencing adversity around the globe.
Experience in the social sector or non-profits, and familiarity with graphic design, will be highly regarded.
At CEI, we believe good evidence and effective implementation can help solve the world’s toughest social challenges. An independent, not-for-profit social research organisation, we work with governments, service providers, funders, and researchers to close the gap between what we know and what we do.
With teams in Melbourne, Sydney, London, Oslo, and Singapore, our work spans the globe. We focus on:
With more people facing adversity globally, bridging the 'know-do' gap has never been more urgent—or more important.
In this role, you will:
CEI is committed to improving outcomes for communities facing adversity—and we know that starts with inclusive practice. We strongly encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and lived experience of the social issues we work to address. We especially welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
CEI is founded by Save the Children Australia. As a child-safe organisation, all employees must undergo a National Police Check and sign our Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.
Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
