The Risk and Compliance Manager will report to the General Counsel and Company Secretary and works closely with Executive and Senior Managers to implement and maintain risk management and compliance frameworks; and embed a risk management culture across the organisation. The role is responsible for coordination of compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and ethical requirements as well as industry best practice, to reduce and manage compliance risk across all areas of the organisation’s operations. You will also manage the organisation’s insurance portfolio and the Policy Framework to reduce risk and improve efficiency. The Risk and Compliance Manager will be a key member of the Business Continuity Team and Emergency Response Team - to assist and guide senior management and enable the organisation to be prepared for and minimise the impact of crisis events and assist the organisation to act in a coordinated and consistent way in the event of a crisis.
This role is Permanent, Part-Time (67.5 hours per fortnight) and will require travel at times to our regional offices and lodges.
