The Cancer Information and Support Services (CISS) Division aims to empower and support people affected by cancer, so that no-one need face cancer alone. This Division assists people as they navigate the cancer journey, easing their emotional and practical burdens and helping them make informed decisions.
Our client-centred approach connects people affected by cancer with information, support services and prevention and screening programs across our NSW community footprint. Our Community Team works locally, focusing on understanding and addressing the insights and needs of communities in which they live and work.
The Lead, Community will be based in community and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of a dispersed team based across NSW. In collaboration with the other Lead, Community, this role is responsible for operational and implementation aspects of the services, programs and engagement with key stakeholders across community, aligned to organisational strategy and annual business priorities.
The Lead also supports the Manager Community, on key projects, focused on meeting CCNSW strategic objectives.
